unidentified armed individuals while traveling in an institutional vehicle, duly identified with our logo, between the municipalities of Suarez and Timba, in the north of the department of Cauca. During the incident, the armed individuals, who did not identify themselves as belonging to any specific armed group, asked our team to get out of the vehicle, leave their belongings, equipment and
